Tenderness of round tip sirloin steak vs flank
I seared a round tip center steak this afternoon to just barely medium rare and it was awfully chewy. I like some chew to my meat and rarely if ever marinate other notably tougher steaks including top sirloin which I love as well as skirt, flank and flap but this Reading More May Cause Envy…
