Canning Jars leak when canning applesauce
I came upon this post when dealing with the same problem, and decided to leave the jars submerged a few extra minutes in the canner after their boiling water bath. About 5 minutes later I heard 3 of them successively “pop” to seal underwater, so I supposed it was all Reading More May Cause Envy…
