Seeking fermented garlic recipe
I would like to make some fermented garlic. I believe that it is originally Korean but I may be wrong. I understand it involves sealing garlic bulbs in a jar and then fermenting it for a number of days. I wanted to get some hints on temperature, how long to Reading More May Cause Envy…
