Brown Basmati Rice
We just use brown basmati rice in dishes where, before, we used ordinary basmati rice. Which is, pretty much, all dishes that involve rice (risotto & paella excepted)
Main reason for the change is that the organic brwon is some 30% cheaper than the ordinary organic white basmati. Reading More May Cause Envy…
