Beef shin on the bone-advice required.
The inlaws are coming over on Sunday so I bought three pieces of beef shin on the bone. There’s 2.6kilos in total and each piece is fairly equal (so just under 900g and and inch and a half thick.
I originally wanted feather blade but they didn’t have any. The Reading More May Cause Envy…
