Looking for copy-cat recipe of an asian resturant salad dressing
Without trying the said dressing, maybe some combination of:
sesame oil (very little)
fish sauce (salty)
sake (sour)
lemon or lime (sour)
Asian pear (sweet, sour)
sugar (sweet)
ginger (sweet)
garlic (yummy)
These seem to be pretty classic ingredients for Korean/Japanese sauces and marinades, and the ones I would use if I wanted to experiment with an Asian themed Reading More May Cause Envy…
