Any pâte de fruit recipes or wisdom to share?
I’ve never made pâte de fruit, but would love to do so for holiday gifts. I’ve done some hunting online, and lots of recipes seem to have very mixed feedback and high failure rates, and it’s not clear to me whether it’s the recipes or user error. I’m not looking Reading More May Cause Envy…
