Emeril's Sweet Cherry Compote
Last weekend I had dinner at Emeril’s in the MGM Grand. Dessert was the bourbon chocolate cake with peanut butter mousse and sweet cherry compote. Cake and mousse nothing special but the cherry compote was amazing – tiny sweet cherries that popped in the mouth! I’d love Reading More May Cause Envy…
