If I vacuum seal a smoked turkey breast how long can I keep it?
I smoked a turkey breast for sandwiches. It is at the point of needing to be frozen, then I remembered our handy dandy vacuum sealer. If I do some slices, can I keep them longer in the fridge? Or do I still need to freeze? Reading More May Cause Envy…
