potato starch in my pie??
why would i put potato starch in pumpkin pie? there was a recipe for maple pumpkin brulee pie from Saveur #160 (probably the november issue, but i can’t find the reference and i tore out the recipe!) i thought i might try it, but this addition of potato starch is Reading More May Cause Envy…
