Indian Tamarind Dip
What do you call the thin tamarind sauce that is served with fried appetizers (samosas, pakoras, etc.) in Indian restaurants? I’d like to make it but I keep coming up with recipes for tamarind chutney when I use Google. If anyone knows the correct search term to use Reading More May Cause Envy…
