Does anyone else lose cooking creativity before the holidays?
I love the holidays, and around this time I find myself thinking more about cooking for Thanksgiving and Christmas than everyday meals. I feel that I become much less creative and just want to get meals on the table and eaten, tasty but nothing fancy or new and different. Reading More May Cause Envy…

When I watch chefs and good cooks on tv, I'm so envious of their skills. This blog is the closest I get to cooking, other than the microwave ;)
