Wash vegetables before roasting?
Nothing should be “pre-washed”. Water promotes mold, bacteria and deterioration.
The spray in the markets helps the shelf life so lettuce and other veg doesn’t wilt as fast. The extra weight may make them a little extra in the price but is eaten up by the cost of water and electricity. Reading More May Cause Envy…
