I was just in the same situation, and tried a 2/3 whole milk, 1/3 buttermilk mix. The result was a slightly rancid milk flavor that completely overpowered the chocolate. Yucky. I had to throw it out, go to the store, and start all over again. Reading More May Cause Envy…
