Cheesecake Questions...Recipe for 8 inch? Sour cream?
I use 24 oz oz of cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar, pinch of salt, 3 large eggs, 3/4 cup sour cream and 3/4 tsp vanilla in my basic cheesecake. I’ve done both an 8″ and 9″ springform. The only difference is that in the 8″ I’ll add Reading More May Cause Envy…
