Fixing Burnt Soup?
I made a double batch of 15 bean soup and burned the bottom of the pan and it got really smoky. I didn’t have time to deal with it at the moment so after it was cooled I carefully emptied the contents of the pot (12 qt stock pot). Reading More May Cause Envy…
