"Light, Fluffy," Bakery-style Frosting
Asked what frosting he would like on his homemade (hopefully not home-flopped) birthday cake, Husband responded, “Light, fluffy, not dense” and when asked the flavor, “Flavor? There’s a flavor?” which I translate as vanilla. Any recipes for/tips on achieving a bakery-style icing fitting this description? Any insight is appreciated.
