Question for Bread Bakers: What do you want for Christmas?
Are you talking dried commercial yeast or sourdough starters?
If it’s dried yeast I only use 2 types: instant yeast (NOT rapid rise yeast) and osmototolerant yeast (instant yeast for high-sugar doughs. SAF makes excellent ones but I’m sure there are other providers. I get Reading More May Cause Envy…
