Mashed Potatoes early the day before Thanksgiving?
I am trying to avoid a group of family/women hovering over me on Thanksgiving day. Can I boil the potatoes drain, chill the night before Thanksgiving? Heat and mash up with butter and milk just prior to the dinner without creating a mess of starch? I am trying to Reading More May Cause Envy…
