Brining and Defrosting a Turkey
I’m away for Thanksgiving (leaving Tuesday night) but am planning on having a small group of people together the weekend afterwards for a Friendsgiving/Leftovers party and would like to brine my turkey.
Can I brine and defrost my turkey at the same time? Will I be ok leaving the turkey Reading More May Cause Envy…
