Gingerbread profiteroles
I really want to make a gingerbread flavored cream puff but can’t find any recipes online. Any suggestions? Should I add molassas and spices to the pastry cream? If so, what’s the ratio of liquid to cream so it doesn’t break? TiAA! Reading More May Cause Envy…
