Asian recipes without coconut?
Hi,
I am trying to incorporate Asian cuisine into our family, but my daughter is severely allergic to coconut, therefore most commercial curry pastes are not an option for us. Also at age 7, she is quite wimpy when it comes to heat 
(though, she appreciates other spices!).
