Help needed: first time with a mandoline...
My new Swissmar Borner V-Power Mandoline v-7000 arrived today, and I proceeded to try a small dice of celery, carrots, and onions for a meatloaf. Got the onion okay and was pleased–but what a mess with the celery and carrot! I have NO idea how you’re supposed to do those Reading More May Cause Envy…
