Semolina pasta dough recipe?
I use 100% fine semolina flour ( if coarse I grind it in my K-Tec mill) and water, nothing else. I use the processor and stop while it looks like small crumbs — if it gets to the “big crumb stage” it is too wet. There will Reading More May Cause Envy…
