Need help: when to cut red pears for a salad?
Having guests tonight, and bought red pears to add to a salad of mixed greens, goat cheese and lemon/blueberry vinegarrette. Trying to prep as much early as I can…how early can I slice the red pears? I could douse ‘em with a touch of lemon, but not sure Reading More May Cause Envy…
