Cooking a pot roast
I am cooking a small chuck pot roast. Most recipes call for a 4 lb roast…mine is only two. Cooks magazine indicates you cook tightly covered in a slow oven for 3 or 4 hours. Should I reduce the time for my small roast? Reading More May Cause Envy…
