Cook's Country's salt pork-larded turkey - have you tried it?
I have been using the salt pork method for the past 2 years and the turkey was very moist and flavorful and the skin browned perfectly all the way around. Yea! No more dry turkey and what leftovers there are are scrumptous. Reading More May Cause Envy…
