Must I dock shortbread?
I love cooking and baking but I avoid shortbread because I just do not have the patience to make all those tiny holes with a wooden skewer. I notice some shortbread crusts do not ask for the docking. Must I really dock my shortbread cookies? Reading More May Cause Envy…
