Best way to transport pie crust?
I would make the pie crusts, form into disks, wrap tightly in plastic wrap, seal in Ziploc bags, and freeze solid. When you are ready to go, put them in a cooler surrounded by ice packs. Put them in the fridge when you get to your hotel. Reading More May Cause Envy…
