Lamb that does not smell...like lamb?
Was just reading the section on lamb in Edward Lee’s book, “Smoke & Pickles.” He says there are a lot of great lamb producers here in the States and that you should try to find one at a farmers’ market near you. He says to look for lamb that has Reading More May Cause Envy…
