Extra turkey fat
I’m making for the first time the Cooks Illustrated make-ahead gravy that someone posted a link to on this page (I’ve forgotten who posted it, but thank you!). At my market, the giblets came packaged with extra of the fatty deposits around the cavity of the turkey. I didn’t add Reading More May Cause Envy…
