Vacuum Seal Fresh Vegetables for Relish tray? How far in advance?
Relish trays will be served on Saturday. Can I wash and store celery, bell peppers, peeled carrots, cucumber ahead of time?
I’m cooking for tomorrow and for Saturday.
If this is a foolish way to save a bit of time on Saturday I’ll abandon the idea.
