cooking time for brisket?
This might be a stupid question, but I’m doubling the recipe that I usually use for a 4 lb brisket — cooking 2 briskets with double the onions, garlic, wine, etc. in one large roasting pan. Do I need to adjust the cooking time? I’m doing 3 1/2 hours at Reading More May Cause Envy…
