Mushroom ketchup
About three weeks back I made some “ketchup” out of mushrooms (really like a soy sauce) by salting and draining them over 24 hours. The recipe called for wrapping them tightly in cloth but I used my salad spinner instead. It worked pretty well and I’ve used it in occasional Reading More May Cause Envy…
