Grilled peach bruschetta - good results
Inspired by this CHOW recipe, I helped make some grilled peach bruschetta this past weekend.

We took some firm but ripe peaches, and sliced them and grilled them. We also toasted the slices of bread so they were crispy. We topped the bread w/ mascarpone, put on the grilled peaches, and Reading More May Cause Envy…
