Need a "lamb curry" recipe
I know that curry means sauce and there are thousands of them. But in the US, evidently, if you go to an Indian restaurant and ask for lamb curry they all tend to give you a similar dish.
Does anyone know this default dish? I’ve made at least 6 different versions Reading More May Cause Envy…
