Thawing a frozen duck
I bought a frozen duck. How long will it take to thaw out in the refrigerator? I can’t tell how big it is. I guess just the average size? It looks much smaller than a turkey but a bit larger than a chicken. And once I’ve thawed it out, what Reading More May Cause Envy…
