Questions regarding Thanksgiving Gravy and Using Roux or Cornstarch
I’ve read a lot of the threads on gravy, but would like to start a new one to see if I can understand the chemistry / mechanics of making a good basic gravy. Because I didn’t, this past Thanksgiving.
