Recipe for Ginger Bread Bundt
The Guinness Stout Ginger Cake from Claudia Fleming is amazing. It keeps well, the flavor is nuanced giving a sophistication to the cake which bumps it to the sublime.
I often use a chocolate stout instead of Guinness with good result.
