Best method to "cook" fresh sausages - Italian, Polish, Bratwurst, etc.
I like to slice up a bunch of onions, toss in some butter, brown sugar and a little dark beer and steam the brats over med-low heat (covered) for 15-20 minutes then put on grill and give them a little bit of a char. Reading More May Cause Envy…
