Can I roast a pumpkin that froze outside?

If they froze solid, which is likely, the flesh should be softer/mushier after roasting than had they not frozen. Presumably you are planning on cutting them into pieces before roasting. Worst thing that could happen is that you’ll have puree rather than chunks. Reading More May Cause Envy…
