Cook time for 5 Lb London Broil (Top Round)
Hi all! I have a 5 lb london broil and am wondering about the cook time. I’m planning on doing it in the over, under the broiler. Most recipes call for 5-7mins/side, and to take it out when the internal temp reaches about 135. However those recipes I’ve seen are Reading More May Cause Envy…
