QUESTION RE ANCHO CHILI PEPPERS
I want to try making chili con carne using dried ancho chilis rather than chili powder. I have found dozens of recipes for making the chili paste out of the peppers but not one of them says how much of it to use when you add it to a dish. Reading More May Cause Envy…
