Sous vide - is there a maximum size pot I can use?
I just got an Anova sous vide immersion circulator. My Latino market has huge stockpots, all sizes for $20! I bought one (32 qts.) cause not sure if I’ll be back there anytime soon. Logic tells me that the size of the pot shouldn’t matter. It Reading More May Cause Envy…
