Butternut squash stuffed shells?
I am considering making butternut squash stuffed shells using Giada’s recipe for butternut squash lasagna (basically butternut squash, amaretti cookies, parm and mozz). Any thoughts on if this filling would work in stuffed shells, and what adjustments, if any, I should make?
