Why all the extra?
I ran across an interesting approach to broccoli – and will try – maybe adding some rosemary, thyme, sage type herb.

But what I don’t understand is the reason for an ‘expensive’ Ziplock bag – or ANY bag. Why not just dump in/on roasting pan and stir around with wooden thing? Reading More May Cause Envy…
