"Saraban" and "Turquoise" by Greg and Lucy Malouf
I’ve had these 2 beautiful books on my shelf for a while, but have never cooked anything out of them. Does anyone have experience with the actual recipes? Any favorites? They also have written Saha, but I don’t seem to have purchased that one.
