Problem with Bottom Crust of Apple Crumb Squares
For a double bake on a jelly roll pan I’m not surprised the crust was crumbly. Instructions say to bake the crust for 20 mins and then add the topping and then another 40 mins of baking. That’s an hour on the bottom crust.
