Fried Garlic in Oaxaca (Ajos Fritos?)
Interesting thread. I purchased a bag of Ajos Fritos at the Tianguis( Tuesday Market) in San Miguel De Allende this winter. This is my 9th winter in SMA and the first time I have run across this delicacy. The senora told me that they were deep fried. They are OMG Reading More May Cause Envy…
